Clients are responsible for:

Meet or Beat Pricing Policy
VIP Concrete LLC offers a Meet or Beat pricing review on qualifying written estimates from licensed and insured competitors.
To be considered, competitor estimates must:

Be from a licensed and insured contractor

Reflect the same scope of work, materials, and site conditions
